Edited: The issues appear to have been resolved, happily, and we should be back on track with the usual folderol. Thank you for your patience, and Kelly Phillips at Boost Interactive Media for her help.
Hello all. Once again I am having issues with email post notifications. I am not yet sure whether this is a software issue, i.e. to do with the WordPress plugin I use, or an email delivery issue, i.e. the email service providers like Yahoo and Google having decided that my blog posts are evil;). I’m working on the issue, but tech support is reeling under post-holiday demands.
If you happen to land here, and have been an email subscriber, and feel like giving me a little detail, i.e. what was the last post you received, it will be much appreciated. And otherwise, bear with me, I will not give up. I will be holding off on future posts until this is resolved.

Wish I could remember last email I received. It has to be a couple of weeks at least. I just check sporadically. Don’t want to miss any posts.
Thank you ever so much.
You’re on my blog list, can’t wait for email.
Good luck, hope to hear from you soon.

I have not received any email since November – except for two random Saturday deliveries. It’s been a disappointment, but I read your postings in my bookmarks file now.
Thank you for hanging in there, and for the info on last posting. If you did receive Saturday posts, that may help diagnose the issues.
1000% IT dunce here, but bewildering problems [pinterest, twitter, facebook] have popped up here at my end as well. Perhaps unrelated, but Firefox has quickly/quietly replaced Google/search with Yahoo/search, so might there be similarly-upended/quietly-re-aligned browser issues at work in your situation?
Firefox! Those bad children:). Here it seems to be configuration in the servers at my hosting company. Or so we believe at the moment.
@Hunting House Antiques, In related news, Apple/Safari’s contract w/ Google search expires in 2015. So!
Dear Lisa
Good luck resolving all those issues in technology, I am not sure about you, but for me, keeping up with the latest and greatest in technology, or, for that matter, basic maintenance, is always an adventure. An adventure, I might add, that usually leads to some form of my humiliation.
Ha! I have no excuse, having worked in software for the last 15 years…
Happy New Year, Lisa! Funny, I was just looking through my bookmarks and decided to click here, thinking that was a VERY long break from posting since I feel like the last time I heard from you was before Christmas.
Glad to “see” you! I use a Mac with Firefox, so maybe that’s the problem? In any event, I will have some catching up to do on my day off.
@Dawn, Happy New Year! I am switching email infrastructure altogether, so hoping it will work out.
I haven’t had an email since your post of Dec13 & they aren’t in Spam because I check it regularly now . I was meaning to get round to sorting it out…..but just clicked on yr latest link in another style blog .
@Rukshana Afia, Thank you so, so, much for sticking around:).
Hi, Lisa
It’s been many months since I’ve received a notification email. This has been second time for said issue; resubscribed a while ago and received sporadic notifications, but then the trickle faded into the sands. Fortunately, it’s ingrained habit now to check in with you.
@Debbie (Artsy in Boulder), Cross your fingers for me, if you will, that we fix it for good this time.
I received this one. Usually I remember that it is a Saturday and simply go looking for your posts. But to be honest I don’t remember when I’ve received and email. What program are you using?
The last email missive I received was on 13 December 2014 – I thought you’d gone on a long seasonal break!
Hey ! I just got all your missing posts at once by email . It has been such a treat reading them , I hope they never go astray again .
Thank you very much! I too hope we are done with technical shenanigans. Think good thoughts:).
Good to hear from you again! I’ve missed you.
A belated Happy Holidays!
Sincerely, Judy
@Judy, Thank you! I have missed you too!
Just received your email dated today Jamuary 15.

Thanks!
Happily, I can say “You’ve arrived!”
Hehe. Thank you ma’am.
This one came. When I noticed you’d disappeared from email, I just looked for your blog.
Thank you!
Just so you know, McAfee says that they are blocking content from your website because it could be dangerous or suspicious on Jan. 15th, 2014. And, I haven’t gotten anything from you in over a month.
OK. I’ll investigate the McAfee issue. Thank you. The email notifications should be OK.
I can highly recommend Mad Mimi for email delivery. Awful name, great, responsive customer service and works seamlessly.
Just wanted to add, you can schedule your post delivery down to 1/4 hour windows and it’s user friendly with WP. No plugins required.
@Jennifer, Thank you. I”d already made the switch to Mailchimp – which is somewhat inconvenient to have to post at 8am instead of 7:30am, humph, but it will have to do for now!
Hi Lisa,
The last one before the excerpt one was 12/13/14. Even your technology glitches are sophisticated.
@Deirdre, Hahahahahaha. Made my day. Thank you.
Can’t remember the last time I received an email post from you. But long enough that I thought something was wrong.
Sam
@Sam @ My Carolina Kitchen, I went back and checked my spam folder and you weren’t there, so the ones I missed didn’t land there.

It was November / December that I noticed your posts were not arriving in my email. I resubscribed a couple of times I think, then clicked through your facebook posts and also came on my own so I wouldn’t miss a post! I thought it was me! This post did arrive in my emails! Yay!
@Candace, Thank you so much for hanging in there!
Hello. This is the first time in a while that one of your posts has showed up in my email. I’m happy to see you!
@Katherine C. James, So happy to see you too:).
Same for me! I’ve been reading your blog for a couple of years and noticed around Christmas that I was no longer receiving them in my email. I also re-subscribed a couple of times, to no avail. Very happy to see you posts in my email again! :)
@Christy Johnson, I so appreciate your tenacity and forebearance. Thank you!
